Set the scene for your event with tables, chairs, tableware and decorations from our party hire experts. We offer pick-up and delivery throughout the Camden Haven and Port Macquarie-Hastings areas.

Thinking of hosting a high tea? Treat your guests to high tea catering.  We provide sophisticated silverware, china, linen napkins and a selection of gourmet food—perfect for a wide range of events!

Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery costs as quoted when you order (includes point of loading to point of unloading)
  • Extra labour/carrying – e.g., stairs, long or difficult access will incur extra charges of $30 per man hour. To prevent any damage, we will not carry any equipment through your home
  • There is no refund on any equipment hired, but not used
  • On the spot inspection of crockery, glassware & cutlery, marquees tarps etc WILL NOT BE DONE. Deposits will be held until after inspection
  • Losses & breakages (including cartons, crates & any containers) will be charged for a replacement cost
  • Any items (except linen) TO BE CLEANED BEFORE RETURN OR PICK UP. Extra cleaning will incur charges
  • A credit card or cash deposit is required on booking & will be returned after inspection of equipment
  • Payment in full is to be made before or on delivery. Credit card payments incur a fee: 2% on Visa or Mastercard & 3% on American Express
  • CANCELLATION OF BOOKED EQUIPMENT WILL INCUR THE FOLLOWING CHARGES: 7 days before hire=50% of hire; 3 days before=75% of hire; & on day of delivery= 100% of hire
  • When equipment is picked up from our premises, a current NSW Driver's Licence will be required
